Schedule


REHEARSALS

Rehearsals will be on Tuesdays and Fridays. There will also be some Monday and Wednesday rehearsals. Main characters may have additional rehearsal days or times.

January Dates: Some parts will stay 30 minutes later than the end time listed below each day

  • January 2—3:40-5:45: Full Cast Rehearsal.NOTE: This is a THURSDAY

  • January 3—2:30-4:30: Full Cast Rehearsal

  • January 7—3:40-5:45: Full Cast Rehearsal

  • January 10—2:30-4:30: Full Cast Rehearsal

  • January 14–3:40-5:45: Full Cast Rehearsal

  • January 17–2:30-5:00: ALL SONGS MEMORIZED Full Cast Rehearsal

  • January 21—3:40-5:45: Full Cast Rehearsal

  • January 24—2:30-4:30: ALL LINES MEMORIZED Full Cast rehearsal.

  • January 28–3:40-5:15: Full Cast Rehearsal. Following this rehearsal, main parts will stay late to run the second half of show.

  • January 31—2:30-4:30: ALL LINES MEMORIZED Full Cast rehearsal.  Following this rehearsal, main parts will stay late to run the first half of show.

February Dates: Some parts will stay 30 minutes later than the end time listed below each day

  • February 4—3:40-6:30: First half run through. Full cast.

  • February 7—2:300-5:30: Second half run-through. Full cast.  NOTE--Watch for information on costumes and hair and makeup to come home by this day. If you do not have those notes by this day, contact us.

  • February 11—3:40-7:00: Run through full show. Full cast. Tech Rehearsal with sound. MANDATORY REHEARSAL. 

  • February 12—3:40-7:00: Run through show. Full cast. Tech Rehearsal with sound. MANDATORY REHEARSAL. NOTE: This is a WEDNESDAY

  • February 18—3:40-done: Run through show. Full cast. Tech Rehearsal with props and sound.  MANDATORY REHEARSAL 

  • February 21—2:30-done: Tech Rehearsal with props and sound. Full cast. MANDATORY REHEARSAL

  • February 25—3:40-done: Tech Rehearsal with sound, props, and set. Full cast. MANDATORY REHEARSAL. Costume check day (costumes due)

  • February 26--3:40-done: Tech Rehearsal with mics, props, set, and sound. Full cast. MANDATORY REHEARSAL NOTE: This is a WEDNESDAY

March Dates:

  • March 4–3:00-3:35 Preview assembly for the school. Full cast. 

  • March 4—3:45-done: Cast Photos AND Dress rehearsal. Full cast. MANDATORY REHEARSAL

  • March 5– 3:40-until done. Dress rehearsal. Full cast. MANDATORY REHEARSAL NOTE—this is a WEDNESDAY

  • March 7: Night of Show! 7:00 PM. Call time for cast @6:00 PM one hour before the show. (Call time may be earlier for some parts—watch for info as we get closer)

  • March 8: Matinee Performance and Night of Show! (two performances this day) 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Call time one hour before the show (Call time may be earlier for some parts).
